New Online Matchmaking Helps Connect Clients to Services

In partnership with Mailchimp, Living Room has created a matchmaking tool on our website to help route and connect clients to the program that best suits their situation and need. Because we see and serve a high volume of clients each year (over 1,500) across eight programs and because technology is increasingly accessible, we wanted to build a tool capable of providing an easier, more streamlined experience for our clients looking for services online.

If you visit our website in need of housing support, all program pages and help buttons will direct you on our help page. Next, you will answer a series of questions related to the assistance you need and your current living situation. This takes no more than 30 seconds to complete. Finally, you are provided next-step instructions for the program or service that best matches your responses.

The result is a fast and clear interface that provides immediate feedback on eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, and appointment scheduling.

Through this innovative project, our goal is to provide even more housing support to people living with HIV/AIDS in Georgia.
